Yes! We source directly from Korean brands and trusted distributors who ship all products directly from Seoul.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Many of our products are vegan and cruelty-free, but some may contain animal-derived ingredients like honey or silk protein. Please refer to the individual product descriptions for more details about each item.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide in the UK. Unfortunately, international shipping is currently unavailable.
How long does shipping take?
Your orders will arrive within 2-5 working days with our Standard Tracked delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer express shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Additional charges may apply.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No! As our warehouse is based in North West, you don't have to worry about customs.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information. If it appears lost, contact our customer support at info@seoulful.co.uk for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately at info@seoulful.co.uk. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes.
What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add your desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information, choose your payment method, and complete your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account will allow you to track orders, save your preferences, and enjoy a quicker checkout experience in the future.
I haven't received an order confirmation
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details. If you don't receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or check all your email addresses.
If you have used express checkout options, you might receive an SMS or Wallet notification.
Please contact our customer support team if you can't find the order confirmation and your banking is showing the charge.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. If you’re a guest, you can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after shipping.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can I still apply it?
Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply a discount code once the order has been placed. Please make sure to apply the code before completing your purchase.
I received damaged / incorrect items
We’re so sorry that your product arrived damaged. Please contact our customer support team at info@seoulful.co.uk as soon as possible. Include a photo of the damaged product and packaging, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. For full details, please visit our Returns & Refunds page.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For items that are being returned for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 2-3 business days for us to inspect the product and process your refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
Are there any items that are non-refundable?
Certain products, such as opened or used items, clearance items, are not be eligible for a refund.
Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges unless your items are damaged / defective.
