Returns & Refunds

At Seoulful Beauty, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Products can be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

1.3 We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

1.4 If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return or exchange.

1.5. If free gifts are not returned along with the main product, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@seoulful.co.uk 

2.2 You might be requested to share pictures of the damaged item and its packaging. Please avoid disposing of the product and its original packaging.

2.3 If the return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

3.2 If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3.3. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1 We do not offer refunds or returns for the following items:

Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged)

Products that have been opened or used

Products with a removed or tampered packaging seal

5. Exchanges

5.1 If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it for the correct product.

5.2 Please contact us as soon as possible  for an exchange request.

5.3. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind returns. Please follow our returns process and place a new order with a desired item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

6.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or an error occurred with the order.

6.2 Our Customer Support Team will arrange a returns label for you and deduct the price from the refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

7.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure that a replacement is sent or a refund is issued.

Seoulful Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the conditions mentioned in the policy are not met.

All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Seoulful Beauty reserves the right to refuse a return if your return rate is consistently higher than average.
